Tariffs
- 3 Nights = £600
- 4 Nights = £700
- 5 Nights = £800
- 6 Nights or more = Please contact us for a quotation
Terms and Conditions
- Prices are per pod, not per number of visitors per pod.
- The tariff is set at a flat rate for 12 months (Jan 1st - Dec 31st) and does not vary by day of the week, month or season.
- We recognise that visitors to the Scottish Borders often stop off there either to, or on the way back from, a longer round trip to Scotland taking in the Highlands etc. Accordingly, for visitors to Whim House Retreat staying four nights or more, we may be able to let you split your booking into two separate stays of e.g. one night (on the way up) and three nights (on the way back). This will depend entirely on any other bookings we may have and so we cannot guarantee it. We will, however, try our best to accommodate you. Please give us a call and we’ll let you know availability. In this regard, Whim House Retreat is located roughly forty miles north of the final junction (45) of the M6 and is thus a very convenient place to break a journey between England and Scotland.
Checking In And Out
Your booking confirmation will state which of three pods you will be staying in. Prior to your arrival on site, we will send you the code for the key box (to the left of the door) and the Wi-Fi password.
Check in time is 11:00 on the day of your booking unless otherwise agreed.
Check out is by 12:00 on the day of your departure unless otherwise agreed.
Please return the keys to the key box on departure. Please also strip the beds of laundry and place it in the laundry bag provided which you can leave on top of the bed.
